We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, bringing structure, clarity and consistency during key moments of growth. We’re a small team by design, which allows us to work closely, build trust and focus on quality over volume.
As Double Son’s continues to grow, we’re looking for a full-time Social Media & Content Executive to join us and help lead the day-to-day delivery of content across our client portfolio.
The role
This is a hands-on, creative role supporting social media and content creation across a small number of beautifully considered client accounts.
You’ll work from clear strategies, brand guidelines and content calendars, helping bring each brand’s world to life across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. You’ll be involved in both planning and execution, balancing consistency with creativity and structure with storytelling.
You’ll work closely with the founder and wider creative team, acting as a key part of the Double Son’s engine and an extension of our clients’ internal teams.
what you’ll be doing
Designing and creating social media content using Canva
Writing thoughtful captions that reflect different brand tones of voice
Editing short-form video content for social platforms
Managing content delivery across multiple client accounts
Working from briefs, strategies and content calendars
Supporting content planning and monthly scheduling
Contributing creative ideas, references and content directions
Maintaining visual consistency and quality across all outputs
Supporting content shoots where required (planning, capture, or on-site support)
what we’re looking for
1–3 years’ experience managing social media for hospitality, lifestyle or luxury brands
Graphic design skills, with a portfolio to match
Confidence in writing captions and adapting tone across different brands
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Comfort working across multiple accounts and deadlines
Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
A strong visual eye and sensitivity to brand aesthetics
Someone proactive, thoughtful and comfortable taking ownership
